Skewers of red fish

Ingredients:

1-1,5 Kg red fish (fillets)

1-2 pc Lemon

Olive oil to taste

Salt, pepper to taste

 

Servings: 6-8

 

Directions:

 

Cut red fish into portions.

Add salt, greens, lemon juice, butter and pepper.

Leave to marinate for half an hour.

Fish to string on skewers, previously soaked in water.

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
