7 oz. Avocado

 

Snack:

1 cup of bone broth

 

Dinner:

6 oz Pork chops, grilled

7 oz Asparagus, grilled

2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese or other hard

 

Dessert:

2 squares Lindt 90% Chocolate
