Ingredients:
4 cups crispy rice cereal
10 ounces package semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 ounces bags butterscotch chips
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Grease a 9-inch baking pan. Pour cereal in a mixing bowl. Bring corn syrup and sugar to boil in a large saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter immediately till smooth. Pour mixture over rice cereal and mix. Pour mixture into baking pan.
- Place coconut chips in a micro-wave bowl and microwave till chips is completely melted. Spread on top of bars and let it to cool completely before cutting to bars.
