Mushroom Dip

1 onion, diced

7 tablespoons butter or margarine

15 oz. cream of mushroom soup powder

¼ cup dry red wine

3-1/2 teaspoons Worchester sauce

¼ cup ready made mustard

½ teaspoon salt

Pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon chutney (optional)

Method: Sauté onion till golden brown and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low temperature for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve warm. Serves 6
