Creamy Baked Rice

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

¾ cup raw rice

2 tablespoons butter

3¼ cups water

Method: Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté onion and rice in butter. Add water. Transfer rice to baking dish, cover, and bake 20 minutes. Serves 4
