Coconut Cookie

Ingredients

  • 4 fl. oz. Tofu
  • Soy milk
  • 4 oz. Coconut shavings
  • 1 tsp. Xylitol, to taste

 

Preparation

 

- Place the tofu in a blender with a sufficient amount of soy milk, mix smoothly.

- Add sugar substitute and coconut chips to the protein mass, mix gently.

- Heat oven to 356 °F.

- Form small balls.

- Put the coconut balls on a baking sheet.

- Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
