My love for My Pretty Lotus will never

die

I have loved her and will always love her

My promise is intact I will keep it till I

die

She was my sweet heart as I was for her

Now that she is no more I am alone

here

The home and the garden are missing

her

She was the one who nurtured them

here

The flowers bloom and keep thinking of

her

The sun shines and the moon keeps

looking

The rain drops are like tears that keep

falling

The stars are there but have lost the

twinkling

She is gone but the one left behind is

weeping

Robins are singing bringing all fond

memories

The spot she used to sit are now her

memories

She was my Angel that flew away with

her wings

No one knows how much craving all

this brings

But she keeps visiting me in my dreams

sometime

To brighten my night but the day brings

a sad time

She was perfect, sweet, soft-hearted

and all pure

I can bear the pain but it is always hard

to endure

We had a wonderful time in Lankawi a

few years ago

Return to this place has brought

memories I can't let go

Thoughts of being alone in Saroj Niwas

is painfully hard

Her soul is my saviour but this body

finds things hard.
