The acknowledgement of one‘s gratitude for assistance rendered is one of the more pleasant parts of preparing a book for publication, and in this book I have more than the usual number of thanks to express.
This book owes its assistance to a number of beneficial influences arising from many sources, but above them all I‘d like to thank my aunt, Daisy, who before re-emerging back to her non-physical form taught me the disciplines, if she could hold this masterpiece in her hands, she‘d know that she did a great job.
