Over time, you risk nutrient deficiencies and losing muscles that rev up metabolism.
Avoid filling your tummy with empty calories. In the long run, this strategy will make it tougher for you to switch to a healthier lifestyle. The next time you crave an indulgence, find someone to share it with and limit yourself to a small portion.
