As a result of creating weight loss goals you will be able to see hwo you will lose all the weight you want. One fact that no one can deny is clearer your goal the more likely it is that you will achieve that goal.

Planning how you approach the dieting process is critical and setting realistic weight loss goals is fundamental to your success so make each goal something you can believe in and follow over the coming months.

What do I mean by powerfully positive. You could write as your goal, “I won’t eat out as much next week.” That is a goal but it lacks power, definitely doesn’t inspire you and isn’t positive. A better way to state the same goal is, “I have planned all my meals for next week and this plan enables me to lose my goal of two pounds for the week.” Another comparison would be, “I’m going to lose weight next week.” OK, that is great but how much weight? Stating your goal as follows is much more powerful and very positive,” I WILL lose two pounds in the next seven days by following my meal and exercise plan!”

Many people might think losing two pounds in a week is not worth pursuing but consider this, two pounds may not be a lot of weight but to lose two pounds you will be changing your life in many ways..

You will find that you will change how you eat, when you eat, and what you eat. These are huge changes. But your long-term weight loss success will be determined by your ability to achieve your weight loss goals so DO NOT skip this step. Be smart and set goals you can achieve easily and often.

All the short-term weight loss goals will help you fulfill your long-term weight loss success. For your long term goals think about what you want to weigh in one year? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? Begin to create a vision of who yourself in one year. When you see yourself in one year do not leave any details out. The more details you include, the more emotions you feel the more real the vision the more power you bring to your vision. Close your eyes and see what you are wearing, what you are you doing, how you are you feeling, and how do you look. All the changes you visualize are possible but all these changes start with realistic weight loss goals. Be sure to sit down and write out your weight loss goals. These goals will push you forward in your weight loss process and you will find that you are well on your way to ensuring your weight loss success.
