I wonder if you noticed, while reading this rude book, that I never once mentioned those two special words that most people think you need to quit smoking. I'm talking about will-power. You may quit with will-power, but without a solid foundation made up of ingredients one and three, you'll most certainly start up again. It's just a matter of time.
If you quit tomorrow morning, in three months you will thank yourself. If you don't, you'll be wishing you did three months from now. Stop putting off what you know needs to be done. It's your life, take control, be an adult, and quit smoking.
Looking back at my own quit, I now wonder why it was so difficult, because today it's so easy to say no to cigarettes. Today, it has been two years and over two months since I quit, and I am eternally grateful to myself for having done this for me.
Visit my website at www.quitordie.ca for more help and information. I've set up the website to be user-friendly and I'll constantly be adding more good stuff that will help you on your quit.
I won't wish you any luck because you don't need it. All you have to do is realize you can do this and just do it once and for all. Take care and let me know how your quit is going.
