Spaghetti squash adds a fantastic surface and mass to this goulash just as a plenty of wholesome advantages. It is high in nutrients A, B, and C, which are incredible cell reinforcements. Spaghetti squash is likewise a phenomenal wellspring of beta-carotene, potassium, manganese, and calcium.

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for greasing the casserole dish 1 pound preservative-free or homemadesausage

8 large eggs

2 cups cooked spaghetti squash

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano Seasalt

Freshly ground black pepper

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat the stove to 375°F. Daintily oil a 9-by-13-inch meal dish with olive oil and put away.
  2. Place a huge ovenproof skillet over medium-high warmth and add the olive oil.
  3. Brown the wiener until cooked through, around 5 minutes. While the wiener is cooking, whisk together the eggs, squash, and oregano in a medium bowl. Season daintily with salt and pepper and put away.
  4. Add the cooked wiener to the egg blend, mix until recently joined, and empty the combination into the goulash dish.
  5. Sprinkle the highest point of the meal with the cheddar and cover the meal freely with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake the meal for 30 minutes, and afterward eliminate the thwart and prepare for an extra 15 minutes.
  7. Let the meal represent 10 minutes prior to serving.
