The Horror On Ward 6
Back in 1930 there in Salty Springs, Iowa there lied a mental institution called Willow Vale Mental Asylum, and there it’s that it housed over more than a thousand or more mental patients who either sick or suffered a mental disorder, paranoia, schizophrenia, and delusions not to mention it housed crazy rapists and murderers. The doctor there at the mental ward kept experimenting on patients and was creating monsters out of them. Some say that doctors suffered from a thing called Frankenstein syndrome. He’d been taking the dead bodies of old mental patients sawing off their body parts, then taking the patients and he saw off their arms and legs and sew on to them turning them into monsters. One day one of those monsters got loose from the basement of the mental ward where the doctor did his experiments and it began to murder the nurses and patients. The monster took his fists and began smashing the patients’ faces with its monster-like hands and beat their faces in until their heads and faces caved into themselves, then he took one nurse and threw her against the wall, took its first ripped her chest opened and it began to eat her heart. The other nurses he tore off their arms and legs. By the time the monster was done the ward looked like a bloody war zone It took five nurses and five doctors to find and trap this monster, it ran and hid in Ward 6 and an old patient room, Room 22. Ward 6 is where they held all the crazy and mentally ill patients. They found it hiding in the darkness of the room under a bed. The mental ward is haunted by nurses and patients who lost their lives to this monster and the monster still lives in Ward 6 and it’s been there ever since. They closed and locked the room. Now it’s years ten years later and the mental ward still stands but it’s closed down until a doctor came and bought it. Cheyenne had been a nurse at a mental institution for six years, the mental institution was old and in some areas of the ward, it was being renovated. All the fellow nurses she worked with warned her to stay away from Ward 6 and when she asked why no one would answer her question. This annoyed her, if she was working here wasn’t her business to know if where she was working was safe?
Why wouldn’t they answer her questions? What was it in Ward 6 that she had to stay away from and why? She had to know. One day while on her rounds, Cheyenne decided after she’d she finish her rounds, she sneak up to Ward 6 and sees what the big fuss was. She’d sneak into the nurse’s station and take the key to Ward 6 and Room 22, she grabbed the key and went on her way she first reached two locked double doors that led to Ward 6, she was still on Ward 5 and on 5 they were areas that were closed off for renovation and plastic sheets hanging down caution tape, there were tools everywhere. She walked past the areas where the patients and nurses were murdered, every once in a while, Cheyenne would catch glimpses of something out of the corner of her eye; she sees shadowy figures, apparitions, she heard whispers, she heard yelling and screaming. “Don’t go up to Ward 6.” She heard one voice warn her. “It’s dangerous, monster, still lives”. Cheyenne ignored the warning and kept walking towards Ward 6, she had to know. She never heard the story of this place and she wanted to know where she was working was safe. She continued on, she walked up a long flight of stairs and the sign for Ward 6. All around her were orbs dashing from here to there and floating around her, one appeared as a nurse and she looked ghastly. She wore an old nurse’s uniform with an old hat, she was bloody and there was a hole where her heart used to be. “Stay away from Ward 6”. The nursed warned. “DANGEROUS”. She reached out her ghostly hand and tried to pull Cheyenne away.
Cheyenne could feel her cold hand and she pulled back. “GO” The nurse warned her again. Cheyenne chose to ignore the warning and kept walking to Room 22. The closer she got the more noises she heard more apparitions came to her to warn her, a patient who appeared in front of her looked for hideous than the nurse came to her. His face was bashed in and caved in on the side, he had blood dripping down his face. “WARD 6 bad” The patient mumbled. Cheyenne could barely understand him. She ran away from him and ran straight to Room 22. There was a lot of banging around and yelling and thumping.
Cheyenne took the key she stole and unlocked the door and slowly went in. She looked around the room and then she saw it. It was the most gruesome thing she’d ever seen. Before she could scream the monster was on top of her, she tried to push it off of her it was too strong. It knocked her against the wall knocking her out, the monster began beating her over and over and over until she faced caved in, then he ripped out her heart and ate it. When the nurses found out that Cheyenne was missing for hours, they searched the whole institution they found her on Ward 6 in Room 22 dead. Finally, the doctors and nurses were able to take the monster giving it a cocktail of drugs that ended in killing it. Weeks later the institution was finished and the body of the monster was dumped into a deep well. The mental institution is still opened to this very day, their reports of loud thumps, bumps, apparitions of the monster being seen, they have been reports of patients missing and found dead with their faces being caved in or their hearts missing, the nurses and patients still haunt that institution and Cheyenne haunts Ward six where there reports of her being seen as well as Ward 6.
