16 REVENGE OF THE WITCHES

It was a dark and stormy night, in the small town of Glenwich, England lived the most powerful witches the witches of the circle contained of five of the strongest witches, each of them came from the North, South, East, and West and they are equally powerful. In the distance the thunder boomed and lightening flashed, the rain was driving hard as it the ground. It was misty between the heat and the storm making the woods look haunted and creepy. Deep in the forest the witch hunters were watching waiting to make their move, the witches continued on with the sacrificial blessing, chanting, singing, and repeating spells, the head of witches took a baby goat and slit it’s throat and threw it the fire saying a blessing to the devil and the other witches repeated the blessing bowing to the ground and worshipping the devil. The witch hunters were about to make their move, they moved quietly, slinking, and creeping from tree to tree, careful where they stepped. They snuck behind them placed burlap bags on their heads tied them up and drug them to their horse drawn wagon and drove to the Witch Hunters Field. The witch hunters placed the four witches on stakes to be burned and the head of the witches they saved the worst, most, horrible punishment me for her. The witch hunters put each and every one of the witches on trial, and when they were done they killed the head of the witches first making the four witches watch as their leader was tied up to four horses and torn from limb to limb, as she was being ripped apart she screamed out “I will seek my revenge on each and every one of you witch hunters”, she let out the most eerie, creepy cackle, and then she chanted spell looked at and pointed to the witch hunters and cursed them to die.

Her sisters screamed in horror as they watched their leader be killed. The witch hunters lit their torches and set the remaining four witches on fire, they screamed in pain as the fiery flames and heat melted off their flesh, they all yelled, “we all are coming back for you, you have been cursed, on the night of our anniversary of our death we’re coming to seek our revenge on you.” The witch hunters watched the witches as the burnt to nothing but ash and smiled as if they were satisfied. The village was quiet, and the villagers were sleeping in their beds, in the distance in the woods you could hear the faint sounds of witch cackling, chants, and spell casting. It was October 31st, 1693 it was the anniversary of the witches’ death and tonight they have risen from their graves. Up they rose one by one as began to talk about their revenge on the witch hunters. First, they were going to torture them by scaring them, and second, they would invade their dreams, and third, they were going to kill them the same way they were killed but be a little more vindictive about it. The witches gathered and went into the village seeking out the witch hunters who were all asleep in their beds; they snuck in unnoticed by going through an opened window, each of split up and went to the witch hunters houses putting spells on each and every one of them, one got the spell of fear, (his fear was he was scared of everything), the second hunter got the spell of insanity, (where he completely went nuts), the third hunter got the spell of itching (a spell that makes you itch for no reason), the fourth got the spell of arachnophobia, (fear of spiders), the fifth got the spell of smell (he stank for no good reason), before the witches were done each of invaded their dreams by making them relive the night of their death over and over, and over. The witches came to their house every night haunting them, they would scratch at the doors, walls, and windows, they’d shriek, yell, laugh, cackle, they even hit, bite, scratch, and push. The spells, dream invading, and the hauntings lasted for about a good two weeks and it all came to an end. The witch hunters were relieved because they all thought they were going insane and so did their family nor could they take being terrorized any longer. Nothing they did helped the hauntings they tried going to church, praying, putting salt around their house and property. Nothing worked and the witch hunters knew their fate and who was doing this. They knew the witches would come back and seek their revenge as the witches before did to their forefathers. They even went to the priest who lived in the village and blessed them with holy water, blessed their houses, placed lamb’s blood on their front door, but nothing worked. Their fate was sealed and there was nothing they could do, no matter whether they would run, or hide the witches would seek them out and find them. The curse the witches placed on them was too strong to be broken and could be broken or uncast by a witch. All the remaining witches were still around and lived in the woods and caves, thanks to the villagers and their fight against the witch hunters, the witch hunters and their families were driven out the village and forced to live in the woods. It was the night of Halloween and village was getting ready for the village festival, there was to be bobbing for apples, hay- rides, corn maze, and jugglers. “Tonight, was a prefect night for revenge” the witches all said in unison, it’s the night of our anniversary. It was dark and stormy and began to rain and this storm was the worse than it was on the Halloween before it was it was a blood moon, the witches could hear the village festivities, but they were of no concern to them, if they anything they were grateful to the villagers for what they have done, they wanted the witch hunters. They all gathered together and each of them split up and agreed to meet at the Witch Hunters Field, they all wished each other blessings and went on their way. The head witch was the first to find the hunter, she stormed into the house grabbing the hunter while he slept waking his wife and listening to her scream as the witch drug off her husband, the second found the witch hunter sleeping in a cave next to his wife and kids, the third was staying with family back in the village where he was hidden in a stable, the fourth was with his kids and they were leaving town, the fifth they found bathing in a nearby river. When the witches had all five of the hunters, they all met up at the field and tied of four of the hunters to the stakes, and one tied up the horses. And they cursed and put a spell on the damning their souls to the deepest, darkest, most terrifying part of hell where their souls would be tortured forever. The head witch was the first to start things off, with one command she made the horses move and as hard they could but slowly so the hunter would be tortured, she tortured little by little, until she had enough and yelled out a spell that frightened the horses causing them to run tearing off the man’s legs and he screamed, and screamed, he was still alive when the horses went ripping off dragging each piece behind them, the horses jumped over a big boulder ad everything went black for the witch hunter and just like that he was gone, the rope broke free from the horse leaving the witch hunter’s bloody carcass behind, all the horses still had pieces attached to the rope as they ran through the woods. The remaining witches were awaiting the command of the head witch to light the fire of the men’s death sentence. The head witch gave a nod to her sisters and they lit the stakes on fire, they watched and smiled evilly as the men that killed burnt to ash and that night the witches got their revenge as promised and from that day on The Clan of The Witch Hunters were no more and the last died that night.
