The world has seen the existence and passage of men and women who touched lives positively in many different ways. When I began to come across their deeds, not by design though, I couldn't help but be touched by such tremendous love they poured out wholeheartedly on mankind. They worked assiduously and note this, not under any form of compulsion, to make the world a better habitation for us. I remember just a few of them here in Icons of Charity as I keep ruminating over the essence of all the crises we face today.
