Trouble, This Way, Cometh (Part Two)

Didn’t want others to think he was ‘yellow’
But what could he do about this ‘mad fellow’? How could he possibly make him mellow?
While his brain turned to mush; (his knees were hollow)

Why did fear cause such a ‘fog’?
The gears weren’t turning. (Perhaps missing a ‘cog’). All ideas, (except running), were ALL ‘dogs’ Facing this guy, was like ‘corn facing hogs’!

This was definitely a brawl in the making
No excuse, this guy would be taking!
Black eyes. Broken bones. (Are the plans he’s making)! This was REAL! (He wasn’t faking!)

’Health’ in jeopardy. (Situation ‘sticky!)
Leg or arm first? (He wasn’t picky).
He was looking to make a ‘mess’! (Nice and ‘icky’!) Plan simple and direct. (Nothing tricky).

You couldn’t run. (The Warrior’s Code). Or was that just a ‘horse’s load’? Pressure to fight from onlookers goads Were all ignored, as you ‘hit the road’!
