Nick gets up off the toilet. He sets his phone down and washes his hands.
LEONARD
We have material written for Levon's eventual arrest. Do we have any updates on his whereabouts?
NICK
I've messaged him constantly since last we spoke. The encryption on his phone is keeping him hidden.
Nick begins tidying up. He picks up his discarded clothes from the bathroom floor. As he’s tossing the laundry into the hamper, he notices small red mushrooms have sprouted out of the fabric. Nick crushes the mushrooms between his fingers then begins to manically wash his hands and clothes in the sink. The Asian twins on the floor begin to stir.
NICK
LeoNard. Why didn't the Cleaner collect my car?
LEONARD
We had him transferred to the holding yard.
NICK
That doesn’t mean we should have skipped quarantine protocol! I thought you were handling the clean up! I can't do everything, you know? I’ve been busy with Dog Day!
LEONARD
I will make the arrangements now.
NICK
You’d better. Can’t risk having the mushrooms escape into the wild.
They’re extremely robust. Levon had them growing in dog shit...
