3dl ješprenja

2 srednje velika paradižnika

1 zelena paprika

1 mala konzerva rjavega fižola

1 mala konzerva koruze

olivno olje, kis, sol 

 

Ješprenj čez noč namočimo, nato ga skuhamo in ohladimo. Paradižnik in papriko narežemo na kocke, dodamo fižol in koruzo. Solato po okusu začinimo s soljo, olivnim oljem in kisom.
