2. Pražena zelenjava

 

1 srednja čebula

2 stroka česna

1 zelena paprika

2 korenčka

1 jajčevec

2 paradižnika

1 žlička vegete

poper

sol po potrebi

3 žlice kisle smetane

olivno olje

 

Na olju svetlo prepražimo čebulo in česen, dodamo naribano korenje in na male kocke narezano papriko. Pražimo in po potrebi dolivamo vodo. Dodamo na drobno narezan jajčevec in paradižnik, začinimo z vegeto, poprom in soljo. Na koncu dodamo kislo smetano.
