Nanotechnology offers various types of benefits such as optimization of existing objects, reduction in weight and volume, reduction in number of production stages, efficient use of materials, reduced need for maintenance, reduction in the consumption of raw materials and energy and reduced CO2 emissions, conservation of resources, greater economy and comfort. It is an interesting option to explore how to use steel, concrete, hard materials and glass for nanohousing schema with economy of scale; how to ensure circulation of natural light; how to use concrete and stone innovatively and how to create a sense of comfort and beauty.

The best way to address issues of energy in nanohousing schema is to use solar power. A comfortable modern design of responsive architecture must explore that the nanohousing schema should generate its own energy and create a comfortable living environment continually adapting to changing weather conditions.
