Kamal was introduced by “K.Balachandhar”.Haasan has won several awards including 4 national film awards and 19 filmfare awards.kamal received the PAD– MA SHRI in 1990 and the PADMA BHUSHAN in 2014,he received “kalaimamani award” from government of tamil nadu in 1979.He received “chevalier Sivaji ganesan award” for his excellence of acting in 2006 from vijay tv (vijay awards).He is one of 20 film celebrities recognised by coca-cola India with launch of 24th edition of “limca book of records” in 2013.
