You have now learnt everything regarding effective Online and Offline Promotion. If you get in action using what you have been taught by now, your success is guaranteed.
Let me now tell you how to organize your GDI business.

The first thing you should do, when a new member joins your downline, is to send him a “welcoming email” and congratulate him for his choice to become partner with you. You have to provide immediate help or advise when one of your downline members requests it, so that they know how much you care about them and they understand that you are a great partner. After all, “you will get anything you want in your life, if you just help other people to get what they want”.

Your next move will be to send them this e-Book you are reading now. I would suggest that you do not sell it to your downline members, although you have the right to do so, but give it away for free as a gift for joining under you. This manual will help them as much as it helped you and of course if their business grows, your business will grow too. This is what you want. So, let this e-book train them and make them as good sponsors as you have become.

Another thing that is very important for your members is to remain motivated and excited about their business. You can handle this as well if you begin building their downline as well.

GDI allows you to move a new member to another sponsor during the new member's trial period. Here's what you should do:

Start building a 2x5 matrix by moving each of your new members to one of your existing member's downline. Start filling their downline with 2 members. For example when you get your 1st referral and then your 2nd, move the 2nd referral under your 1st. When you get your 3rd referral, move him again under your 1st. Now you will have filled your direct referral's downline with 2 members. When you get your 4th referral. Move him under your 2nd and fill his downline with 2 referrals. Continue with this strategy and tell your direct referrals to do this as well. By doing this you will start creating a powerful matrix, whose members will be very happy and satisfied, as they will also see their downline growing.

When you fill your 2x5 matrix all 5 levels deep, it's time for you to start creating another one. Building 2x5 matrices is the best way to keep your downline members motivated and rise their enthusiasm for the program.
There is no better feeling in online marketing than getting your 1st downline member. This is what gives you strength and hope to continue with your business. And you have to pass this great feeling to your downline members, so that they convert their enthusiasm into work and work into results for them and for you.
