If your customer is having trouble signing up

If your customer says their sale isn’t going through this can happen for a few reasons and heres what you should do:
1. Tell them to enter their information again CORRECTLY and tell them to double check to make sure the information they provided is the same as on their credit card statement 2. If it still isn’t going through, it means that card is getting declined. This means they either didn’t enter their info correctly or they have insufficient funds.
3. If this happens, ask the customer if they have any other credit cards. It must be either Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. American Express (Amex) cards are NOT Accepted. If they have an Amex card only they should have a debit or check card! It will show up on the statement as ECHST.net. If they have another credit card tell them to use it to sign up. If that gets declined or they don’t have any more credit cards, ask them if they have a Debit or Check card or even a prepaid credit card. These will work as well.
4. If they have another card ask them to use it and if they don’t, ask them if they can use a friend or relatives credit/debit/check card. If they can get them to sign up as soon as possible. If they don’t have anything else and their cards aren’t working, it’s time to move on to the next customer, so block the customer so they don’t keep bothering you.
