The easiest way to find a programmer is to visit one of these sites: Elance.com or Scriptlance.com. These sites work much the same way the Ebay does. You post a project, and you get programmers bidding on your project. You can then select the one that fits your budget, and they one that has the experience rating to do the work.
You will need to write a very detailed description of your project. Without a detailed description, they programmer won’t know for sure what you want. You will need to be VERY specific in this description – I would recommend really spending your time to write down exactly how you want your system to work.
I have hired many people over the years through these sites. Most of the experiences have been good, but you do need to be careful, and be dedicated to working closely with the programmer to be sure you get the finished product that you desire.
