Thanks to the internet-we can become a victim of our own curiosity. Google is one of the best tools in the world, but it can also be the worst.
As I started searching for training manuals on how to sell on Ebay, I couldn’t believe how many there were. Being a little confused on what to pick, I decided to go to the book store and see what they had. Now I was even more confused.
Luckily, I heard that Ebay was coming to my city for a seminar that taught you how to sell! It was only $99 for the whole day. I thought this is awesome. I can jumpstart this much quicker now. When I went, the room was packed. It actually was a little intimidating. I’m not a shy person-if you’ve met me, you know it to be true, but I am sitting there with no idea on how to get this started and there are people that are making full time incomes sitting next to me on Ebay.
The wheels start turning that maybe I can get even more training so I could potentially be that person too.
Ebay is an amazing conceptas a tool within a business. In my opinion, by only using Ebay, you are putting all of your eggs in one basket. Again, you are employed by EBAY! They make the rules you must follow to the letter. They are getting stricter by the day. The good is that it keeps most fly-by-nighters from even getting started and allows for legitimate businesses to operate successfully. The downside, is that you can do things right and still get slappedjust like a job!!
As a tool however, Ebay is a tremendous way to get exposure on the internet and I would highly recommend to anyone getting started.
One of the best (and most trusted) experts on Ebay is Skip McGrath. He has been selling on Ebay full time for several years. I have purchased and used several of his training products with success. He and his wife run the business and are a wealth of information for anyone wanting to learn more.
Now-This wasn’t the first product I bought on how to get “Rich” from selling on Ebay. I spent hundreds of dollars buying from other “experts”. At the time, I didn’t know how easy it was to get yourself exposure on the internet. I was actually dumb enough to think you had to be legit to be on there. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Prior to me being enlightened, I dreamed about the life I wantedI deserved! I worked hard my whole life and it was time for me to reap the rewards. That was my mindset. The more I searched for the best product, the more I spent trying countless (and at most times, useless) products. I got so wrapped up in it that I couldn’t get it out of my head.
It was crazy! I had been financially successful my whole life, yet I was failing at something that seemed so easy.
