Save on Your Automobile Expenses

I’ve never owned an SUV as I always thought they were ugly. Indeed, the only thing worse on the road, in my opinion, is the Hummer. I drive a small 4-cylinder vehicle, which has a small tank and the most it ever cost me to fill it was about $17.

Keep in mind, for the most part I work from home and it’s a darn shame more employers don’t encourage their employees to work from home. With the internet, home fax machines and cell phones, it works for a lot of us.

Basics to follow for auto savings…
• Stop speeding – you’ll get to the next red light just as fast as everyone else. Avoid jackrabbit starts • Have your tires checked and inflated properly every month • Make certain your car is tuned – use fuel injector cleaners • Drive a smaller vehicle, hybrid or diesel • Car pool; take fewer shopping trips (or plan better) • Use public transportation if feasible, ride a bike • Drive a frybrid – (vegetable oil) & get free fuel. Kits are available online and via eBay • Consider use of a motorcycle • Eliminate that 2nd or 3rd car • Use fuel additives such as a Fuel Reformulator such as Ethos – available in most auto parts stores. Get better mileage & cut emissions 89%…check the link below – they also offer a business opportunity.
