    I enjoyed the story at the start but for a character who had such gifts and the ability to hide them I found the what seemed to me one sided trust issues between him and Nanko made me lose interest in the lead character and the story. Though I was held captive by the writing up to chapter 20.

    I downloaded the book on a whim and was really pleased that I had done so. An intriguing look at post-apocalyptic Australia. I was a bit puzzled though at how the radioactivity seemed to have dispersed so quickly. Certainly to be recommended.

    I enjoyed this book, and look forward to the others. Some characters a bit weak, but overall a book that kept me interested all through.

    I am sooo disappointed Infiltrator is not available in Smashwords as well (which would mean I could download in ePub format). Why exclusively Amazon? This loyal reader is feeling excluded ..... : (

    Mr. Stone has written an incredible story set in a post-apocalyptic Australia where Ethan Jones is a forager for his town of Newhome. It is his job to go outside of the walls of Newhome into the ruins and find non-corrosive metals that can be recycled. Ethan and his team are very successful at finding the precious metals because of Ethan's mutant ability which makes the Custodians suspicious. If his secret is discovered, then Ethan will be taken away and dissected.The town of Newhome has very rigid standards of segregation of males and females. The females have no say whatsoever and are not allowed to leave their home without a chaperone. Marriages are arranged by the fathers. Kind of depressing if you ask me. If anyone breaks the law or misbehaves, then they are dealt with by the Custodians....either by death or hard labor/prison time.I really enjoyed the characters in this story, especially Nanako. She is Independent, strong willed and speaks her mind. If she wants something - watch out because it's only a matter of time before she gets it. The one thing she wants....well that would be Ethan.I recommend this book to anyone who likes a post apocalyptic/dystopian story full of action with a little bit of romance mixed in. I like the fact that there are no curse words and no adult sexual situations, which make it ideal for any age group. I assume that there will be a second book and I will definitely be reading it when it comes out.
