If you use your knowledge (as I did with my artwork) you can use this to create a powerful second business. What do you know, or what could you learn to help you work your own asset into a business sideline?
Now you have the time and the money to put into something you love to do. Let it be an asset, your asset, and make it profitable — like photography, selling real estate, buying antiques and restoring them for sale. This should be a passion, something you have always wanted to do but in the past, responsibilities ate all your income and your time.
As long as we realize we must diversify, why not do this with our own assets? There are numerous avenues when you have the time and money to explore. Life is good and I hope you have enjoyed the trip
