XI
Mountains tell me what to do,
Because I feel I have to
Dance when I climb you until
I am able to reach the highest hill!
Your music is divine
When the sun manages to shine
Behind the slopes
Or behind the clouds.
Trees and birds and grass
Sing such beautiful songs
That my breath stops
And my heard beats
While I’m reaching for
The top of the sky and for his floor
The floor of this dark blue room,
Just before noon.
A room is for me the sky
Where I can fly
While I dance
Understanding the sense
Of nature and God.
Hot is my blood
Now when I see
How this dance should be.
Under the sun and under the moon
Perfection seems to appear soon
In my motion,
Mountains you have my devotion,
My love and my hard.
Don’t tear me apart,
Keep me as I am
Simply woman or men.
