The marble statue becomes alive

And turns itself into your wife

If you play her music.

So please sing and think

At me. I’m not made of marble

And music I see

Everywhere where I go!

I can dance really slow

If you sing me the blues.

You won’t ever confuse

My feelings for you anymore!

Just tell me to become a statue as before

And I will do it

To please you.

But I won’t run away

So you don’t have to make me stay

Like this, try it simpler,

Kiss me while we are dancing

On the music we’re fancying

And I’ll feel much better.

Probably the time will stop

For some moments

To watch us while moving

And dancing and holing our hands.

Love always beats anything

Everywhere where life exits,

Don’t tell me a thing,

Close your eyes and sing!
