Dear Lover,

Threads are breaking, the patches wearing thin. Please, restock our mending cabinet. We can save this sweater with whipstitches and embroidery floss. There’s a tearing in the middle. We can be a cardigan. Make sure to pick up some buttons, too, the big wooden ones. Fabulous decorations often distract from a poor design. Make sure the embroidery floss matches so the stitches disappear into the background, easily forgotten. I noticed a fraying on the cuffs; I can trim those a bit. After several alterations, this sweater will be a perfect fit.
