Dreams
There lie my hidden dreams
Wrapped up with desires,
Over the horizon, behind the stars;
In the melancholy melody of sunset,
In the cactus untouched by rains,
Painted with colours of pain & agony,
Smelling like a pink rose
On Valentine’s day,
Gleaming like an wedding ring
& Smiling like the bridesmaids,
Like children,
Like hungry faces when offered food.
They seek to be read like
‘The Alchemist’ by Coelho
And viewed like ‘Inception’,
Tasted like dairy milk,
Felt like being touched
On arousal of sexual desires
And flied like kites
Over the top
And dreamt like a dream
Even when not asleep.
