Rock of Melancholy

Draining spells with a rock of melancholy

Light on a bridge can be seen to leap away on the back of a frog

Frog knows best how to jump away from it all

Why couldn’t the fly jump into the frog’s webbed mouth?

I fly around observing the sky with ancient bugs

They kissed the dinosaurs on their cheeks

And sent them into the heavenly massage of sharpened elephant tusks

Beaks on creatures much, much bigger than most

But much, much tinier than them

The sun needed to set

Only the dinosaurs would never be ever, ever met

If I knew what it was then well then I wouldn’t have jumped

Jumped from a pool of mud onto the surface

A planet full of pretty thumb tacks

Thumb tacks that taught me with painting over me

A sturdy exoskeleton that replaces my own lifeless face

The bullet shoots through the empty planet of death

Shoots me straight in the left pulsating en strangulating snake whip

That is growing out of my neck

What a tragedy

The snake whip has finally bested me
