A Lie Cost a Thousand Years

Our lies cost a thousand years

To put together

And thrown away,

Into a digital abyss....

But why didn’t we wait for something to save us,

First?

Maybe there was a reason

We don’t care anymore

Hold your sweating hands with mine,

Clean and not polluted by your

Body’s fluids

Shut up and BE QUIET

If you choose TO NEGLECT,

What I’m saying

PLEASE TRUST ME

I know what’s best

What’s best is to just run

RUN THROUGH THE SUNLIGHT,

Until the city of the past,

THE MEMORIES

Can find a way to escape

Our clutches....

RIGHT INTO THIS PRESENT,

BELONGING TO US
