I suited up,

and climbed my social ladder,

further up,

all the way

to the ceiling of

humanity.

Decrepit bastards

hanged by my tie,

wrinkled my blazer,

wiggled their butts

around my pocket.

"Have the world, "

I commanded.

Oh, the decrepit bastards

lolled

by my tie!

Shame on you!

I yelled!

Shame on you!

They whispered.

I had a gun in my pocket,

that I called liberty,

equality,

fraternity.

They had a bulletproof majority,

yet they clung.

Ah! Ha!

I suited down,

descended all the way to their midst

and said

"I will!"
