Mama Cat

I am Mama Cat.

My colors are many.

I am called a calico,

And am thought to be beautiful.

I lived in Michigan

Where it could get quite cold.

I was named mama cat

By my owners years ago.

They call me this

Because I took care

Of all the babies

Whether mine or not.

I love all the babies

And don’t care if they’re mine.

If they need feeding

I feed them.

If they need love,

I love them.

I am Mama Cat.
