Dark the skies gets,
Looking up the peak,
My soul wish to fly,
If by wings I could move,
Take me beyond the clouds,
When the winds comply,
Blow me to the skies.
The stars I view,
Times the moon appears,
When the nebulae converge,
If my hands could stretch,
Could I touch thee,
Sparkling in the night,
That lighten my darkness.
Oh great Everest,
The peak at thy feat,
Patiently watch me here,
The times I will fly to thee,
Waiting till my wings grow,
Thy peak I will touch.
The deep pacific,
As great as thou art,
My soul wish to dive,
To thy feat I wish to swim,
Keep thy eyes open,
Watch me dive to thee,
Wait till thou swallow me.
Great wishes in me,
Wishing I could fly,
Take my wings to the skies,
Lay the stars beneath me,
Take me to the mountains,
Swim to the deep,
If my creator complies,
Create in me wings.
