CHRISTMAS DAY

Silver bells ringing

Angels singing

Children dreaming

Christmas trees swaying

Looking for the tallest Christmas tree

Hanging from the tree a lonely Christmas key

Small eager hands hang angels on strings

Golden and silver stars sing

Christmas is on everyone's mind

without cold eyes so blind

Laughter and happiness is in the air

Are we in a money-making fair

What about the lonely, the homeless

Are we a new age generation who's loveless

We only turn our eyes to ourselves

Did we forget our Heavenly commandments

How precious is Christmas Day really to us

Do we rather cradle our money lust

Did we lose the true meaning of Christmas Day

or do we still have God's heavenly love tray
