Dzmitry Yaikau Profile

Prior to joining the Ross community, I spent five years at startups Glassdoor and Samsara scaling demand generation and field marketing efforts. Both of these startups experienced incredible hypergrowth and, with that, different challenges and growing pains as the companies matured. I realized my desire to join the investment side of the business, where I could source and support startups through these complex cycles. Ross has provided the perfect platform to pivot into venture capital and gain an incredible network of ambitious peers. As a Bay Area native, I'm looking forward to experiencing four seasons and testing out a winter coat.
