Animal Minds in
An apartment complexes
Metros, state capitals and large cities have apartment complexes due to ever increasing need for residential and commercial space.
Metros and some state capitals have Information Technology hubs which has increased the capacity to buy expensive apartments. Invariably you find, those who own hail from every part of the country and a few from other countries too.
You will discover such apartment complexes are miniature or a scaled down version of the country, in every aspect.
You find the builder playing Lion, a welfare association office bearers playing foxes and bulk of the residents or owners of apartments playing Donkeys.
The Welfare association office bearers play what political leaders do.
The leaders, typically, identify a few people who own apartment, hailing from various regions of the country.
He creates a common interest among the chosen few who may form some 10% of residents and apartment owners. The common interest could be playing cards on week ends with free flow of IMFL, music Or sports activity,. Let us call them the followers of the leader.
The followers, are unaware that the funds to create a constituency come from the lions, in their own interests. Because the donkeys can neither learn or think to understand.
The middle class and lower economic class love freebies, sale at half price and they are exploited by both leaders and traders.
A free food, is served every month to the families of the hand-picked followers ensure that a good word about the leader is spread across the entire community of donkeys.
There are apartment complexes where weekly food and liquor is organised for the spouses of those hand picked followers too.
A third constituency is created with elders in the community. An official position as chairman or president makes the tired and retired person too
happy. The bulk of the elders in the society is bought with one elder made to chair the meetings. The loyalty of majority of the elders is fuelled by meeting small expenses.
Now the leaders have followers with donkey dominant mind-set amounting to nearly 10 to 20 percent of the apartment owners.
Over a period of time, some 20-30% of the Apartment owners live elsewhere, either in another city or in another country, for professional reasons. They are not around to question any wrong doings in the society.
The day to day functioning or non functioning of the Welfare association has less priority in their life.
There are nearly 50% who understand that the things are not right with the functioning but stays away for the reason why most educated middle class keep away from politics and leaders.
Out of these some 10% and more Apartment owners understand and comes forward to question the leaders.
The leaders create their own laws inconsistent with that of the laws of the land and what the local body had made. They are Implemented by force. The followers faithfully support the leaders however wrong it may be. They do not skip any meeting
to ensure that do not allow the rightful voices are heard. T
