Conclusion

Sleep deprivation is a problem that can bring your life to a standstill.

It can hinder you from functioning at your peak. It can seriously affect your mental and physical health.

It can damage relationships. More importantly, it prevents you from enjoying life. The tools I mentioned above have been scientifically proven to improve sleep quality. There is nothing to lose and so much to gain by implementing these hacks into your routine.
