him) accompanying the bier of a man of the Ansar.
When we reached his grave, it was not yet dug. So the

also sat down around him as if birds were over our

What is your religion? He will reply: My religion is
Islam. They will ask him: What is your opinion about
the man who was sent on a mission among you? He will
reply: He is the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him).
They will ask: Who made you aware of this? He will
reply: I read Allah's Book, believed in it, and considered

and dumb will then be placed in charge of him, having a
sledge-hammer such that if a mountain were struck with
it, it would become dust. He will give him a blow with it
which will be heard by everything between the east and
the west except by men and jinn, and he will become
dust. Then his spirit will be restored to him.
1047. Aws bin Aws reported that the Messenger of
Allah said: “Of your best days is Friday. On it, Adam
was created; and on it his (soul) was taken; and on it is
the blowing (of the Trumpet); and on it is the Swoon.fl]
Therefore, increase in sending your Salat upon me, for
your Salat upon me are presented to me.” They said: “O

They said: “O Messenger of Allah, and how will our
Salat be presented to you after you have perished?” He
replied: “Allah has prohibited the earth from
(decomposing) the bodies of the Prophets.” (Dalf)

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet ig said: "When Allah decrees a matter in heaven, the angels beat their wings in submission to His decree (with a sound) like a chain beating a rock. Then "When fear is banished from their hearts, they say: 'What is it that your Lord has said?' They say: 'The truth. And He is the Most High, the Most rea at.""' He said: 'Then the eavesdroppers (from among the jinn) listen out for that, one above the other, so (one of them) hears the words and passes it on to the one beneath him. The Shihib (shooting star) may strike him before he can pass it on to the one beneath him and the latter can pass it on to the soothsayer or sorcerer, or it may not strike him until he has passed it on . Abu Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn al- Harith ibn Hisham from Abu Masud al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah, I
may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute and the earnings of a fortune teller. By the earnings of a prostitute he meant what a woman was given for fornication. The earnings of a fortune teller were what he was given to tell a fortune. Malik said, "I disapprove of the price of a dog, whether it is a hunting dog or otherwise because the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the price of a dog."
2622. It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Khudri said: "Shall I not tell you what I heard directly from the Messenger of Allah 0? I heard it and memorized it: 'A man killed ninety-nine people, then the idea of repentance occurred to him. lie asked who was the most knowledgeable of people on earth, and he was told of a man so he went to him and said: "I have killed ninety-nine people. Can I repent?" He said: "After ninety-nine people?!'" He said: 'So he drew his sword and killed him, thus completing one hundred. Then the idea of repentance occurred to him (again), so he asked who was the most knowledgeable of people, and he was told of a man (so he went to him) and said: "I have killed one hundred people. Can I repent?" He said: "Woe to you, what is stopping you from repenting?
Leave the evil town where you are living and go to a good town, such and such town and worship your Lord there."

(One of the nanators) Qatgdah said: "Hasan narrated to us: 'When death came to him he strove and drew closer to the good town, and farther away from the evil town, so they put him with the people of the good town.'" His is the dominion, all praise is to Him, and He is able to do all things), it will be equivalent to him freeing ten slaves, and one hundred merits will be recorded for him, and one hundred bad deeds will be erased from (his record), and it will be a protection for him against Satan all day until night comes. No one can do anything better tihan him except one who says more/" {Sahih)

It was narrated from Khawlah bint Hakim that the Prophet Щ said: "If anyone of you, when he stops to camp (while on a journey), says A'udhu bi kalimatil-lahit-tammati min sham та khahuj. 1988. It was narrated that Asma' said: "A woman came to the Prophet зЦ and said: 'My daughter is going to get married, and she had the measles and her hair has fallen out. Can I put extensions in her hair?' The Messenger of Allah Щ said: 'Allah has cursed the one who does hair extensions and the one who has that done/ " (Sahih) 1989. It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah Щ cursed the woman who does tattoos and the one who lias them done, and those who pluck their eyebrows and file their teeth for the purpose of beautification, and those who change the creation of Allah." Mews of that reached a woman of Banu Asad who was called Umm Ya'qub. She came to him and said: "I have heard that you said such and such." He said: "Why should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah 0. cursed? And it is in the Book of Allah." She said: "I read what is between its two covers and I have not found that." He said: "If you read it properly you would have found it. Have you not read the words: 'And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you. take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it).'?"^ She said: "Of course/' He said; 'The Messenger of Allah Щ forbade that." She said: 'I think that your wife does it.' He said: "Go and look." So she went and looked and she did not see what she wanted.
She said: "I have not seen anything." 'Abdullah said: "If she was as you say, I would not have kept her with me."

Book 43, Number 43.19.14: Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Sad ibn Zurara that he had heard that Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, killed one of her slave-girls who had used sorcery against her. She was a mudabbara. Hafsa gave the order, and she was killed. Malik said, "The sorcerer is the one who uses sorcery for himself and no one else uses that for him. It is like the one about whom Allah, the Blessed, the Exalted, said in His Book, 'They know the one who devotes himself to it will have no share in the Next World.' (Sura 2 ayat 102) I think that that person is killed if he does that himself."
770. 'Abdul-Malik bin Rabi' bin Sabrah bin Ma'bad Al-Juhani said: "My father told me, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah Щ said: 'Do not perform prayer in the camels' resting- places, and perform prayer in the sheep's resting-places.'" (Sahih)
