 Hornswoggled in His Love

This is a historical novel; written with all the facts that this author  could find, but must be called a fiction, as would a movie that  betrays any historic facts.

As a young man, Simeon was raised on the northern part of the  Sea of Galilee; following his dad’s career, he fished for a living. But  shortly after becoming married, a strange, but very powerful man,  who spoke with the authority of God, touched something in his  heart that was so powerful that he was willing to lay down this  known life, and follow this Authority that could envelope such  fullness that Simeon could feel within. So Simeon, and his true life,  had begun on that day, and was to be filled with this new message  of hope that he so desperately desired, and eventually found.

Struggles, we will always have, and this story shows many, but it  also shows that these same struggles aren’t there to bring us down,  but to take us to an appreciation of a greater life than this world,  and its circumstances, are offering. Learning through adversity, and  still prospering, is a situation that all of us have, but have some- what neglected.

Peter had to learn, and his learning process took many years, but  at the end, all was conquered.
