Chapter 4: As in the Days of Noah

Another prophetic connection of the Sign of Revelation 12 has with the prophecy of Gen 3:15-16 is that this would seem to mark the beginning and end of the rule of sin in the world. When God gave this prophecy to Satan and to Adam and Eve it marked the beginning of life on earth for humanity under Satan’s rule. Satan has in several instances attempted to steer the course of history in such a way as to make it impossible for the Messiah to come forth out of Israel. God has always thwarted these attempts by Satan to circumvent this prophecy and has ensured that the world stays on track to arrive at the fulfilment of the prophecy given to John in Revelation 12. Firstly, Satan attempted to corrupt the image of God in which man was created, by mingling the seed of fallen angels with that of humanity. This went on for centuries and is described in Genesis 6 and books of the apocrypha like Enoch – up to the point where just Noah and his family was left with DNA that had God’s original design in it. They were the only people left that were genetically pure and that could still be called human.

Gen 6:1  And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Fallen angels came down and left their “first estate” as angelic beings and mingled their seed with that of man. We never think that it would be possible for angels, who exist in a different dimension, to have offspring or to have DNA that could be mixed with that of man. However, God’s first prophecy states exactly this: The serpent seed is pointing to offspring of a being that is considered angelic. Yeshuah also referred to the time of the end and said that these days would be as in the days of Noah.  What happened in Noah’s days had the unique characteristic of interference by Satan with the “image of God” after which man was created. The one aspect that clearly defines the times of Noah, and the main reason for the Great Flood, was the corruption of the original DNA that God created on earth. We can therefore understand that when Jesus compares the Last Days to the days of Noah, that we will once again see this attribute woven into the fabric of life on earth. As in the days leading up to God’s intervention through the Great Flood, so will it be in the days just before his second coming.

Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

There is another prophecy in Daniel that confirms and point to this DNA modification, at the time of the end:

Dan 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

From this passage we see that the time for which this prophecy is intended points to the last kingdom on earth before God will set up his kingdom. This penultimate kingdom consisting of iron and clay and is represented by the toes of the statue that is described in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. That fact that the passage above specifically points out that there will be a mingling of seed between “them” and “men”, shows that there are different genetic material involved and points to hybridization during these times. The iron and clay aspect also point to different DNA make-up of those who will be ruling on earth. From the head of the statue that Nebuchadnezzar saw in his dream all the way down to the feet there was some form of metal. It is only in the last kingdom that a non-metal entity is introduced in the make-up of the statue, just before the statue is smashed.

It also confirms what we see around us in the times that we live in. The majority of the food that we eat today is genetically modified and humanity itself wants to modify DNA to achieve healthier lives and to live longer. It is however not only man that has been meddling with DNA, but also Satan and his fallen angels. This is evident in the thousands of alien abductions that have been documented since the 1940’s and this usually involves the harvesting of human genetic material for the purpose of creating hybrid beings. Numerous cases have been meticulously documented and there is overwhelming evidence for this clandestine harvesting of human DNA for the purpose of creating hybrid beings.

These armies of hybrids are also described in Revelation and will be part of the judgments that will be released on earth during the Time of Jacob’s Trouble. We will look at this as we continue.

Just as Noah and his family was lifted above the flood and protected by the ark when God poured out his judgment over the world in Noah’s days, so will God’s Church be removed from the earth, in my opinion, before God pours out his judgment over the world.  At this point, Satan’s rule over those that belong to God will end, when they are taken to heaven to attend a heavenly wedding. Satan will then be confined to earth and will have 7 years during which he will wage war against those that remain on this planet – those who do not have the covering of Yeshuah’s blood over them, specifically against the nation of Israel who rejected their true Messiah.

Rev 12:7  And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Jesus also mentions this event in the parable of the wedding:

Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. 7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I always wondered who this person was that was in heaven but had no wedding garment. How did this person get there if he was not invited and why did he not have a wedding garment as the rest? If God invited people from all walks of life and provided them with wedding garments, why did this person not have a garment? Then the Lord revealed to me that this is Satan, who currently has access to heaven and accuses us before the Lord day and night, but who will be cast out of heaven as soon as the wedding guests arrive for the wedding. The passages above describe the same event and time period and are also tied to the one given below.

Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
