This work is an original work written by Dr. John Teague several years ago. I have edited it and written additions to it, but it is essentially his work. He has been with the Lord for many years, but his work continues. I am grateful for the honor to edit and publish his work. It is God who gets the glory.
Dr. Teague loved to write in outline form. To make it more readable, I have changed Part 2 to a narrative form and have corrected spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. The basic content is his.
