Physical Exercise

Exercise should be part of everyday life that Aura is Yellow,

running, walking, swimming, cycling, tennis, dancing or doing

other activities that produce a good blood circulation. Forty-five

minutes per day of one of these activities, allow the flow of

biochemical substances through the system.

But contrary should avoid impact activities such as aerobic exercise,

and hammers striking bone structure and can cause stress on joints

and vertebrae. It is very susceptible to damage in the knees, elbows,

shoulders and back.

The Tai-Chi, and yoga are active forms of meditation and prayer for

him, represent a third type of positive addiction. Active forms of

meditation are those in which the mind focuses on the body.

This meditation helps meet the needs of natural endorphins.

It also allows you to change the state of consciousness in a natural

way, instead of doing it artificially.

When the mind focuses on something, the body is relaxed, allowing

inspiration, new ideas and solutions to flow into. The Aura is

Yellow harmonizes this way not only the body but also the Spirit.
