Anyone who does not submit and bow to the True Faith is a resister and outsider-adversary. At the same time if one is an Islamic insider, that still doesn't seem to guarantee safety and security from “religious police” of one type or another. Faith (in Islam) is so often sustained by extreme religious measures grounded in fear and force. It's a mindset that invigorates the monstrous multi-headed hydra Islam has been in the 21st Century so far.
