    Sure, this book makes a person happier in one hour and I had some great insights. But I thank God that my life is not as hell as Sisyphus although I may have difficulties and challenges to face. But even so, these are also needed in life to grow and empower ourselves otherwise we would be crippled. I thank the author for such a wonderful contribution.
