Chapter XII.
While Christophe and Eric are at the American Airlines concourse, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, waiting on Eric’s flight to depart, Eric asks Christophe, “Dad, what did you get your degree in?”
Christophe responds, “I earned my bachelor of science degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in August 1998. My major was Hospitality Management; my dual specializations were in Psychology and Organizational Leadership (Supervision).”
Eric also continues gleaning Christophe, “Dad, where did Ava go to school, and what did she get her degree in?”
Christophe says, “Your sister earned her Bachelor of Science degree from I.U.P.U.I., with a concentration in Accounting (2019).
She works in Pittsburgh for a company called, Stunkel Tax & Accounting, P.C.
Eric asks his dad, “Where did Patrick go to school?” Christophe answers, “He went to Purdue University, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He works for a company in Raleigh, North Carolina, called Descher Automation. They are a custom automation and robotics operation.”
Eric flies back to Gainesville through Miami International Airport, on Saturday, January 10, 2026; via Envoy Air.
