Chapter 6

As I opened my eyes I saw a large green field, the landscape was of pretty green hills and a beautiful lake lay approximately half a mile away. I felt the soft grass beneath my palms as I sat down. The air was fresh and I could smell roses, magnolia and lilacs. There were apple and apricot trees nearby in bloom with their beautiful white flowers, some of which blew from the trees as a warm breeze passed through them.

As I looked up I saw mainly blue sky, but here and there I saw clouds of various colours, there where light purple, pink and blue clouds in different shades and shapes. The sun was warm on my face and it made the lake twinkle like stars on the surface. As I looked beyond the lake and up to the sky I saw the moon, looking enormous as though it was very close to earth, and Mars was not far off either. I looked down at my hands in the grass as I sat with my legs spread out. My feet were bare and I was wearing a white summer dress, loosely fitted
